Do we sell or share your information?
No. SongCraft does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never sell your lyrics, prompts, or AI conversations to anyone, ever.
Categories of personal information collected
- Identifiers — email, account ID.
- Commercial information — subscription plan, payment history.
- Internet activity — minimal app telemetry, anonymised analytics (only if you opted in).
- User-generated content — lyrics, chat with AI co-writer.
How to exercise your rights
The fastest way: visit your Privacy controls to download your data or delete your account. You may also email privacy@songcraft.app.
We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. We may verify your identity using your account email.
Authorised agents
You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorisation.
